HBCU Tournament Merchandise
Thank you for purchasing official merchandise from the HBCU Leonard Moody Collegiate Invitational. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING

Merchandise orders are processed within 5–10 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed during the tournament may experience slightly longer processing times due to high volume.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

The HBCU Leonard Moody Collegiate Invitational is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery address.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

The tournament is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

The HBCU Leonard Moody Collegiate Invitational is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
6. EVENT PICKUP (IF APPLICABLE)

If on-site pickup is offered, pickup details will be provided at checkout or via email.

Merchandise not picked up during the event will not be refunded and may be shipped at the customer’s expense, if available.
7. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

All merchandise sales are final.

No refunds or returns will be issued for shipping delays, carrier issues, or missed delivery attempts.
