HBCU Tournament Merchandise
By purchasing merchandise from the HBCU Leonard Moody Collegiate Invitational, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. GENERAL
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases of HBCU Tournament Merchandise, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, and promotional items, whether purchased online or on-site during the event.
The HBCU Leonard Moody Collegiate Invitational reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. ALL SALES FINAL

All merchandise sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all items, including T-shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, and accessories.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are permitted only during the HBCU tournament event.

Exchanges must be completed before the event concludes.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Proof of purchase is required.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted after the tournament ends.
4. SIZING & PRODUCT VARIATION

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at the time of purchase.

Slight variations in color, sizing, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing or screen display differences.

These variations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges after the event.
5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS

The tournament is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged after purchase.

6. SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

If merchandise is shipped, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

The tournament is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
